I had it on good authority that Coops was a certainty to be dropped.

I don't understand Nick Coffield being mentioned as a possible delist/trade in some circles. Had a really unfortunate run with injury and I rate him highly, hope he's named sub and gets a run on Saturday.

He's going to tear Stewart a new one, I've been waiting for this rematch. Bring it!

Re: R23 No Changes / H Clark Sub
Rohan being out is huge for us, IMHO.
He can do so much damage in their fwd line.
Hawkins would be worked over by Cordy, Wilkie and Battle.
If these 3 don't get it right, Hawkins could get 4 or more as well as assist another 5 at least.
He's just a big cross-eyed bison.
Hard to contain.
I think we lose by 3 goals, but only if we bring our a-game and not the z-game that sometimes is our fall back

You can have your mouth watering Saturday afternoon in a pub.

Re: R23 No Changes / H Clark Sub
The op said Clark is sub and now you're saying Clark is sub. Are you just going on the order of those named as emergencies?WellardSaint wrote: ↑Thu 17 Aug 2023 8:22pmClark is subsilverhalo wrote: ↑Thu 17 Aug 2023 8:01pm I don't understand Nick Coffield being mentioned as a possible delist/trade in some circles. When did teams start announcing their sub 2 days early?

Re: R23 No Changes / H Clark Sub
And ignorance is bliss. Clark might end up being the sub but the sub has to be picked from the list of emergencies.WellardSaint wrote: ↑Thu 17 Aug 2023 8:22pmClark is subsilverhalo wrote: ↑Thu 17 Aug 2023 8:01pm I don't understand Nick Coffield being mentioned as a possible delist/trade in some circles. Given his ability to play back, forward or midfield puts Clark well in the picture. As are Billings, Coffield and Byrnes.

Re: R23 No Changes / H Clark Sub
The email I received has Coffield as 1st named emergency.
Would be exciting to see him play 1 or 2 quarters.
We need the extra height against Geelong's forwards.
Maybe Coff starts on the field and takes care of Oli Henry...especially with Battle and Wilkie double teaming Cameron.
Cordy will have his hands full looking after the cross-eyed bison (thanks for that Wellard )

+ a draw
Before 1991 we had only ever beaten Carlton 27 times - tide has to turn sometime.

normally twice a day with regards to sea levels, with regards to St Kilda the tide level turns about as much as Haley's Comet.samuraisaint wrote: ↑Thu 17 Aug 2023 8:53pm+ a draw
