Thanks Maxy

Good choices IMO

Ross will be Ross and that is OK, more than OK, given our predicament

Members is an 'anyone's guess' kinda thing. But at his worst, I think he'll give more than Caminiti of recent times. And he might just kick six!

Come on lil Saints....

Do not help Cotchin like last time.

Make sure we get this.

How is Sharman still in after last week every time he got close to a contest he would not tackle and couldn't hold his marks.
At least caminiti will tackle and puts in and do some ruck work Sharman is a passenger.

Pretty clear that Membrey is an in if Caminiti is out.

Thought it'd be Sharman out on last weeks efforts but was close to a coin flip.

If Ross plays, who makes way?

For me, bench will be
Cordy
Butler
Pou
Higgins

Sub either Billings or Stocker

I really don't understand Skunk coming back.
He's not the same since his injuries.
He'll recover during pre-season, but it's insanity to throw him into the heat of battle when he's underdone

I would've dropped Pou before Hammer.
Pou is a teen, could use a break

I think I hear ya 58, but Sharman got into good positions by bollocking, got his hands to the ball and at least got the ball to ground. Caminiti is being brushed aside. He might tackle but is it because sometimes, he may have been pushed out of position? ..and so has to chase and tackle the ball holder?

Sharman should have gotten one if not two goals last week. Our little mate Gresh ignored him for an easy one, didn’t he? Plus Sharman did a sterling job as a stopper and player against Sicily the week before.

Caminiti could have had a few mates in Sharman, Gresham, Byrnes, Higgins and Pou. Coff, Campbell and Peris could all have been given a look in.

WTAF, Paton added to the squad surely Lyon has seen enough of him

Skunk is raring to go. His leap and spring is back.

Probably about as much as he's seen of Billings, clearly the parties have parted ways.

The "exploration" is now becoming clearer.

Paton is a defender. Can't have enough lock down defenders in a Lyon team

I think possibly if he does play, maybe Byrnes comes out, but with Seb coming in I can't see Ben getting a game

Probably won't play, however the VFL review pointed out Ben has been used as an inside mid. Selectors acknowledging our midfield is poor.

Caminiti didn't put any physical pressure on his opponent in the Carlton game and in may cases let them run off him- a trip to Sandy won't hurt for a young player.

Selectors ignoring the fact that there was a guy playing as an inside mid for 3 quarters in our VFL side who "got his hands on the ball a lot"

Really? It sounds like you think he was on Breust. I prefer my defenders to be able to defend.

The bench is fascinating. Butler would be the only one on that list who is guaranteed a start .

The other team was terrible though.
They made him look good

Phillipou needs a rest and Billings needs to play. Glad that Caminiti is playing at Sandy. All he's been doing is getting pushed aside.

The longer Billings stays off the field, the longer his potential career, somewhere else, lasts, wont be long before he trips over the steps at RSEA and needs a spell.
