Kid Caminiti
I see his nickname is Hammer, but I call him Kid because he brings to mind a boxer. Extremely aggressive. Long arms and very quick hands. That little jab was almost a reflex action and I’m not sure that can be coached out of him
How many weeks do we think for the bitch slap on Sicily (who richly deserves it)?
Love the Kid’s combative nature and hunger for the contest. Just don’t want to see him become a serial tribunal attendee. Need him on the field.

Re: Kid Caminiti
I was really pissed off with that slap. He just shouldn't do it. He knows he will be caught so why be stupid?
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

Re: Kid Caminiti
Like I said. Almost as if it’s a reflex action. Time will tell if he can control it. Very good prospect though. And his physicality and aggression is a large part of what makes him so.magnifisaint wrote: ↑Mon 31 Jul 2023 11:52am I was really pissed off with that slap. He just shouldn't do it. Re: Kid Caminiti
Has almost passed Max. Marks, kicks goals and is constantly giving off handballs. You can rein in aggression… hard to build it in.

Re: Kid Caminiti
I don’t believe it was an intentional slap, I believe he was trying to push off his chest to create space but he made contact higher than he wanted to and Sicily dropped to milk the free.

Re: Kid Caminiti
Love the hammer he is just such a hard worker with a pre season under his belt he could be anything.
Any news On Sharman and if he is ok with the hammy we really need him next week especially if king is back.
Also I would move Cordy to his rightful position of KPD now that Dougal is out with Carltons big forward line.

Re: Kid Caminiti
I get what you're saying but ... I loved that he smacked Sicily for putting his head where he shouldn't and let him know he wouldn't be bossed around. We're such a nice, non-confrontational, quiet team - I'm all for having a few players with some genuine c@nt in them that won't be pushed around and will stick up for others (Stocker is the only another).magnifisaint wrote: ↑Mon 31 Jul 2023 11:52am I was really pissed off with that slap. I long for the 04/5/6 days where we had nasty enforcers everywhere (Powell, Black, Hammill, Gehrig, Lawrence, Guerra etc)
Go you red, black & white warriors

Time to sack Michael Christian. He's incompetent.

Re: Kid Caminiti
In what, a 15 game career he’s already whacked 2 blokes in the head and been rubbed out?

Re: Kid Caminiti
Reckon we have a beauty here, no pre season and has held down FF.
Great aggression, monster kick clunks marks and will get better.
I'm as happy with his inclusion as any of our youngsters, great late call sOS

Since when is hitting Sicily an offence.
I heard Italy gave Sicily a kicking and no problem.

Re: Kid Caminiti
As I've said many times
I'd love our defence to plead , " we'll cop the week your holiness , just please explain the difference between our incident and this ? "
Show the video of dusty elbowing from two weeks ago.
Caminiti took the mark , was reversed . That was punishment enough , a fine should have been the Mrp decision
