Firstly...Gresh was looking for the footy to come out the back and secondly, it was a selfish player NOT wanting doing the hard work and getting front and square to Chito.

Thirdly, Gresh wanted to be the hero instead of playing his role and trusting Owens with his role

Gresh cost Owens the shot at goal, but more importantly he cost the team an opportunity to get an unlikely win

Oh yeah...You don't think clearly when it comes to the Saints and frees and being objective. It was a clear free and jumper pull against Gresh.

Umpiring was actually cheating

Caminiti was barreled in the back in a marking contest - no free

How about that 50
Advantage, play on, called it back - 50m

Yep, Hammer is a battling Carlton Reserves player playing in the big league, hope he is better in 2024.

How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?

Yep looked a lot better.

Needs to be a bit greedier in front of goal tho!
Stupid Howard tried to kill Steele with a dinky little hospital pass that hung up in the air.

9 out of 10 times that's play on

Salem with no eyes on the ball barrelling into Hammers back was shocking as it gets

The decision against Owens with his eyes on the ball and not sliding in did me for the night

Brave effort by the lads but we continually shoot ourselves in the foot with bad set shot misses

Losing 3 players in the 1st quarter didn't help

When Howard starts to dither ...... start to worry

A lot better when he is straight at it and makes an immediate decision

Bit harsh on a 1st year 19yo

He needs to muscle up and get stronger

It also doesn't help when he gets mugged in marking contests and gets no favors from the umps ..... but which of our tall forwards ever do?

You are correct. Nothing you say or do will ever alter the clubs future. All I’m saying is if they adopted your approach then we would be in real trouble.

Maybe I am wrong
