Or they get their mojo back playing us.

Watch lyon's presser. We need to get back to playing the way we were earlier in the season.
Stop opposition having uncontested footy.
Defend higher up the ground.
Sort out our midfield.
Switch the footy instead of bombing up the line ,and making us easy and predictable to defend.

Which defender to dominate

May or Lever?

Today it was Barass a lazy 14 marks

And Hurn 13 marks 22 possessions and 628m gained

Surely they have to consider playing Campbell against Gawn and Grundy.

Heath has been turning it up lately in the twos. I was impressed with his game. He might be ready and I was impressed with him against Grundy in the preseason scratch match. Zak Jones might come in. He had 34 disposals, one goal and was immense.

I hope dees worry about us. Been reading their reddit posts and they are worried about us.

For the last number of years Gawn has killed us in the ruck , add Brody to that , poor Romo is up for a hard week
Melbourne have been poor kicking at goal , but as their playing us they probably won't miss .
Ross's defence which was averaging 60 points early in the season has been averaging 80 for the last six weeks .
And as we are incapable of kicking goals at times I don't see how we could possibly kick a winning score. Look at today , we dominated the second half but kicked 7.11
It made up for our poor first half and just got us a win . If we'd kicked better then perhaps a comfortable victory was possible.
So hopefully because Melbourne had a bit of a slog today and won't have their kicking boots on , we can keep them to 10 goals and somehow the Saints kick our average next week and have another narrow victory.

OUT: POOH, BYRNES, BATTLE (concussion)
IN: BYTEL, BILLINGS, SHARMAN

Zak Jones must come into consideration. Has speed and aggression and was dominant in the vfl this week.

If we want to win:

Out: Battle, Byrnes, Pou
In: Highmore, Jones, Billings

Bytel won't play a game for the rest of the year.

Not fussed about Gawn and Grundy more worried about Lever and May.

Would have to be Cordy for Battle

I’d rather see Byrnes out for Campbell - sacrifice 7-12 disposals for a second ruck

Billings/Jones - Pou

Bytel for Ross

Mix it up a touch
