Lethlean named Roughead in a recent interview. Apparently he's joined the recruiting team. So... that's what the mean by it's a year of Exploration!

We're exploring what roles Jarryd likes and might be good at. Let's hope it's not at St Kilda's expense

I don't know much about him except to say I don'r like anybody from Hawthorn, Bombers or Tigers at our club (in coaching ranks or admin)

One would hope he moved into an admin role soon after he fell on Paton and broke his leg.

One would hope he moved into an admin role soon after he fell on Paton and broke his leg.

Witch was the beginning of the end for poor old Ratts.

Paton, pre-break, seemed to be learning and getting better.
He made mistakes often, but he's only human.

At the moment, I don't see him getting better, he's found his level and maybe not sure how to improve.
Obviously worked his ring off after the injury, to regain fitness+strength, however there's something not happening for him

Lethers legacy of bulking up on mature aged players has shown the diabolical consequences of when it runs out of puff.

And yet they rewarded him with the CEO promotion.
