SEN article here.

Lethlean says he's available and not hampered by injury.
If true then it's clearly a form slump.
Much more worrying than being injured.

I think there is a difference between declaring yourself able to play and being fully fit. Blind freddy can see his mobility has been affected by his knee injury and prior to that he was playing in discomfort with the shoulder. Lethlean also said he has had an achillies issue, so he has been playing through pain which takes it toll after a time.Otiman wrote: ↑Thu 22 Jun 2023 1:44pm SEN article here.

Steele is obviously a bloody tough bugger after what he has been playing with, but I think its starting to look like he might be about to see some clean air. Hopefully he can return to his best form before too long!

Re: Captain Jack play injured
The direct quote was “But he doesn’t go on the field compromised.”
Either we're hiding something or it's form.
If the injuries are causing the form slump - at least admit that his output is down, and we should see week on week improvement.
Instead we're casting shadows and it looks poor on our Captain, our Coach, and now our CEO. I'm surprised the media isn't jumping all over it.
Need to get behind the bloke who leads our club on the field, back him in, and lets smash the Lions this Friday.

If they insist on playing the obviously injured Jack, then he should be in the forward half- a midfielder running at half pace is like playing a man down. We had one mid contributing last week in Crouch, and the rest off the pace. Who else is going to put their hand up?

The more you know, the more you know you don't know.
When I was a young child, I knew that I knew so much about so much.
Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

If all true Jack must be lacking aerobic fitness after recovering from all the injuries.
Up tick in form Friday on the cards.
If we are not being told tactical porkies.

Re: Captain Jack play injured
Good to see the captain back in form. It took a half of footy but his second half was very good.
I think Clearances were 20-10 at half time, and 40-30 at full time. Big part of that was Steele.
