I thought that too originally, but after watching it again and again, I think he was too low to put force into that sling to warrant the penalty. I think he's unlucky.

I don’t wish to engage in an argument with you but Sicily was not at fault for mccluggage’s injury. Watch it again it’s brockman’s contact that causes his neck to cave in. Had brockman not been there, no injury would have occurred and that’s an objective fact.
