Oh, the football gods will bless him with all the energy, strength and luck of when he was in his prime. The Swines and the media will all have a great big circle jerk around him. Can well imagine Dougal Howard turning into both a stepladder and witches hat on the night in order to facilitate the Buddy love festmr six o'clock wrote: ↑Sun 28 May 2023 2:11pmYepBeno88 wrote: ↑Sun 28 May 2023 11:48am 2022 - started 5-1, losing only to Collingwood

Add to that fans dropping off completely.

Re: Déjà Vu
Tex Walker got one mark against Dougal that stood out to me- Walker leaned into Howard until the ball was almost there, then marked it. It looked like a large dad holding off a 12 y.o. kid.Sainternist wrote: ↑Sun 28 May 2023 8:58pmOh, the football gods will bless him with all the energy, strength and luck of when he was in his prime. I predict Buddy will do that more than once. Buddy did it to Nathan Brown, I can remember it well.

What we have here, is history repeating.
Like Vietnam War, refused to learn from that, then Gulf War, then Afghanistan.....

Re: Déjà Vu
I didn’t say boo after Collingwood or Port Adelaide losses!!
To tell you the truth I was even starting to enjoy the new Lyon app roach in press conferences etc.
The annoying thing about this loss was the repetition of the wholeDaicos thing with Sicily and not even appearing to try and quell his influence.
I didn’t bag him when there was no cause to, but my faith is not blind or unequivocal !
I don’t see the coaching as a binary equation of Lyon vs Ratten and will praise or criticise on a case by case basis as I feel is warranted.
You on the other gab are totally unequivocal in your support of Lyon,as is your right.
Does this make you a better supporter and me a troll?

Firey is actively recruiting.
Spots were filling fast prior to round 9, but have slowed to a trickle recently
Members still needed for the fanboy club

Re: Déjà Vu
The key similarity is the loss to Port.
It happened under almost the same script and on both occasions, we lost our mojo thereafter.
