Oh Caro is in a state of shock.
Oh good!
Oh good!
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

I would say that she should suffer in her jocks, even if she doesn't have a pair.

Re: Hardwick to Resign
I wonder how Kane Cornes and Damian Hardwick will now converse?
And what the media machine will do?
ring ring
KCornes: Yes, Hello Volcano Corp..Director. How can I help you?
DHardick: What the f...?
KC: This is Kano-the-Volcano speaking.
DHardwick:: Hey, you still paid to talk sh%T on the radio and TV?
KC: You bettcha, Kano's the name, and blame's the game!
DH: Well, listen I want in..ya know..'re-invent' myself, like Bucks and Ross-the-Boss..you got anything going?
KC: Well, I dunno Dimma...we have to find a way to spin it. People in da da land think we are rivals..we'd have to work out a way to somehow....
DH: Yeah, well listen, you be the volcano, say something outrageous and then I swoop in and being Dimma, shoot it down and then we dim the lights in the studio...
KC: Needs more work. Got any more ideas?
DH: Yeah, we have a segment called 'Dimma's Dim Sim' ? Where I boil somebody..ya know, a team, coach or player each week, depending on the results. Public don't care, they have a memory of three hours.
KC: Sorry Dimma F this. Go on Survivor or do a podcast with Mark Jacko Jackson, the energizer. That will settle you down for a while.
Seriously, re: HArdwick.
He doesn't have much charm, but determination and grunt is the impression I get. Now I didn't think RLB or Bucks had much either..so who knows? MAybe he could be sweetened up to the public in a similar way? He still has his hair. That is a huge advantage right there.
But Cornes and Hardwick's little media tangles would be an enticing meme for a media curiosity, and this could lead to bigger things.

Re: Hardwick to Resign
I am pleased for "Mini" McQualter that he has the opportunity to prove his credentials as a senior AFL coach. If he success he may get a permanent job as a senior coach.
If he fails - karma! Payback for inflicting Tony Jewell on us 40+ years ago!

Re: Hardwick to Resign
Interesting on the article about McQualter that Lyon contacted him as the first person he wanted to get on his coaching team. Mini declined Lyon’s offer & remained with Tigers. He obviously made the right choice, he has now got over half the the seasons to see if he can get the Tigers back in contention & show his credentials for a senior coaches position. Think there may be a few vacancies coming up this year. Interesting times on coaching landscapes.

Re: Hardwick to Resign
With what’s transpiring now in the coaching landscape, looks like a good move by the club to get Lyon onboard last year.
Holder of unacceptable views and other thought crimes.

Re: Hardwick to Resign
I did here that Richmond is after Ken Hinkley would that mean that Port is interested in Hardwick or he might go to WC.
Don't think he would be interested in GC with no supports and not many at games its a big let down from the massive Richmond MCG games.
