Zak Jones - injured, again. Ugh!!
Apparently, he’ll be sidelined for another 6 weeks with some sort of soft tissue injury. This really sucks, as our midfield could actually use a bit of his aggression and grunt right now.
But what is it with players who are already injured, sustaining other injuries, or making their injuries worse. Coffield did this a couple of weeks ago and I think Jack Hayes, too. This is becoming ridiculous!

Seriously, they fleece us every time. We should veto them during the trade period.

Can we just get rid of him? Absolute waste of space.
At his best a butcher as well.
Injury prone players with many years of history. They need to go.

Schneider blitzes us in the 05 Prelim playing for the Swans. Misses several sitters in the 09 GF playing for the Saints which arguably could have been the difference.
Apart from that, he was a good recruit.

IIRC he also clapped an umpire after finally receiving a free kick - I think it was his last free kick for the remainder of his career

Those two came courtesy of RtB in 2007. Since Longmire has coached the Swines, they have absolutely fleeced us.

I’d almost forgot about him recently.

I reckon he's good but has never reached his potential. His game against Geelong last year was super. Was hoping he'd flourish under RTB.

Played just 42 games from 77 since crossing over from Sydney.
At his best he had explosive bursts of speed that brought the crowd to their feet, but unable to sustain that form.....
Out of contract 2023, at 28 and very prone to long term soft tissue injuries I'd be really surprised if he's offered a new deal.
Feel a bit sorry for him because he always aspired to play for the team his family barracked for as a kid, would be soul destroying to end your career this way

Yep, Dan Hanneberry sends his regards from the Bahamas, reckons his body has never felt better

I think we have done alright with Membrey as well. The swans let him go a delisted free agent, which they didn't have to do, so he could come to us.

Schneider was a handy player.
Dempster was All Australian.
They let Membrey go as a delisted free agent.
Don’t think they have been that bad to deal with.
Yes, they took Plugger & Hall from us, but we got Dal Santo out of the Hall deal.
