He had a target on his back when the team's fortunes went awry. The media was blaming Hilly for our losses in 2022 (I think I might have questioned the trade a few times even as far back as 2021)

That's what happens when you're the highest paid player.

He's much happier since he got a cuddle from Ross

Plus the fact that the playing group knows that RTB won't tolerate anyone at the club who creates division in the team

You volunteer your time to put this together and you've posted the rules countless times over the years (including the recent post in this bloody thread!!!).

The 'sticky' thread for the Eastern Memorial Saintsational Player of the year is there for people to read if they want to be involved

If Someone ignores the post you made in this thread with clear instructions on voting rules, then you should just ignore their post too

5 - Sinclair, his move to the midfield was the catalyst for our ascendancy in the second half.
4 - Hill, was good all game.
3 - Ross, he just keeps working and presenting week in week out.
2 - Owens, tough at the ball and the man and gave Rowan a chop out in the ruck.
1 - Clark, kept us in the clearance game in the first half.

Hill has always been a class act, I seriously couldn't understand the whacks he was getting from here.
I stood up for him to no avail at times.
But thats ok .. we are just armchair experts..you only have to read Vortex's stuff .

LOL - please keep posting your comments - it was the arguing that makes it hard as they keep quoting the votes - if people want to argue I would prefer a different thread - but if they MUST in this thread - remove the votes from your quotes (rhyming motto intended)

There are 68 posts in this thread and only 31 votes

So given 14 received votes, who did not?

Mind you 14 reflects a team performance which is the way to go
