Phillipou needs a rest this week
How could anyone think stocker is at risk, he has been excellent.
In no danger at all
Big fan.
Was listed alongside 6 other players.
The great thing about performing well as a side- someone who has been performing well is still at risk- if they don't keep it up.

A class above Butler. At least one level, probably several. No disrespect to Dan who is an OK player.
Top 10 goalkicker in the league in 2020
Fast
Good defensive side
What has Billings achieved?
OK. DB kicked important goals today.
All I've got is JB survived AR, was pick 3 and is highly skilled.
Do you think Billings isn't a class player though.
Wood would have rated below DB in 2020 using that logic. But he certainly is not.
But point taken. Don't agree but there you go.
I don't see Byrnes , Butler, Paton or Stocker coming out of the side.
The only change would possibly be resting Phillipou and including Billings.
Possibly swapping Windhager for Bytel (if only to reward Bytel and and to give Windy some VFL minutes for match fitness)
Ross is clearly ntent on Cordy being there until a better tall is available

Happy to disagree but this is what I'd want to see from Billings this year to keep his spot once earned.
- Plays a role in the team structure
- A defensive side
- Uses his skills to advantage (long and accurate left boot)
- Takes contested marks
He does all of those things and becomes a damaging high half forward/wing. Mason Wood is the yardstick.
To answer your question, yes Billings is class. But we are a working class team, so that comes first.

Because of how billings looks i feel he is often harshly judged when it comes to defensive and contested work. I actually think he is pretty good in those areas.
