What?? 2 weeks

Outcome should not determine penalty

Appeal if you have the nuts!
We get to
Plead our case - but being St Kilda the plea will be - how much Vaseline do we need to bring

We stand to lose nothing to take this as far as we can

I agree that compared to some of the dog acts that have put someone into next week - this was soft - Murphy should be embarrassed to call himself a footy player

The Hammer v The Pillow

Did Hammer have a duty of care to ask Murphy if he was a powder puff?

I am still not convinced he hit him high

Unless there is other vision

Was this the incident that caused the concussion??

Can a hit in chest cause concussion via a head jolt

Have to appeal that
Certainly not intentional and severe is way too strong
There was no blood, nothing swollen and he retaliated to a strike prior.

2 weeks is more than enough, 4 plus is a joke

Murphy was looked at - I believe - but was insufficient force - Caminiti should argue the same - just that Murphy is soft - Murphy hit Hammer in the throat.

Just watched AFL Tonight. No mention that Caminiti was retaliating to a coward punch. Am I surprised. No I am not.

Channel 7 news saying Murphy had to be helped from the ground. At the same time showing him jogging off unassisted abusing our bench.

Don't think Moore was involved. Nah, it was only that cream puff Murphy.

I am generally opposed to booing but will make an exception for this dog next time we play the filth.

We all know both hit each other, but you couldn’t possibly suspend on that blurry, grainy, shithouse vision.

Where exactly does it prove any contact lol
But the kangaroo court have already made their decision, but to show a ‘process’ it’s straight to the tribunal.

No proper vision doesn’t matter when the saints are involved. Ask Steven Baker.

Understand that the retaliator does not get a reduction but if that is now a 4 to 6 week offence

The initiator deserves a penalty

Have to appeal that
It’s not even sufficient evidence
It’s just media trial beat up
To argue that was intentional when that low life piece of cr@p took a dive is disgusting
Just once risk a fine St Kilda and call out this pathetic Shiite for what it is
Go media nuts to tell these bastards we won’t keep taking this
**** joke

Yes but he's got concussion and can't play on Anzac day and Kossie Pickett got off!

There was no blood, nothing swollen and he retaliated to a strike prior.

Yep, a fifth-game 19-year-old reacting to being bullied by older, more experienced players who should know better. This bullying of teenagers has to stop. It is rife in the AFL and a terrible look for the game.

This is nonsense. They are all adults.
If it’s happening in the game where are the cavalry to fly the flag when needed?

Of course it’s nonsense, but it changes the narrative from our guy being a vile thug to something of a victim. May even mitigate four weeks down to two if done cleverly. But I suspect we will just suck it up.

Meanwhile the news reports don’t even mention that the kid was retaliating.

How come Murphy doesn't get an invite to the same tribunal? Off the ball - deliberate, high contact, don't know the impact but it should be a couple of weeks. Or is the lesson to be learnt here "Get in first" as the retaliator is the one who gets pinged?

He’ll get an invite to provide his version of events, which can’t be trusted with the concussion and all 🤪

Wasnt concussed when gobbing off on the boundary….

As I’ve mentioned earlier, I was more disappointed after the game as it looked like Caminiti was sucking up and ready to exchange gifts!!!

just want to see the club get around him and support him to the hilt.
Appeal if needed and ask why he isn't getting a medal for retaliating to a coward skunk player.

Cammo forearmed him to the jaw in the end but Murphy dropped just as Cammo got him. It was supposed to be a forearm to the chest. Dead unlucky.

Murphy is a flat out fvckwit for punching a bloke to start it when he himself has a glass jaw as bad as McCartin. And then pisses and moans coming off the ground as he rightly got sat on his ar£e
