Still a couple of players short. We still need a quick dynamic midfielder who can play inside and outside, and a forward/ ruck. I know it could be Hayes, but he's only 194cm.
Caminiti, Owens, Wanganeen-Milera, Windhager, Byrnes , Bytel, King, can all get better

Re: Saints are the real deal
Let’s hope Keeler can be that forward ruck & Windhager, Phillipou or Owens the mid!cwrcyn wrote: ↑Mon 17 Apr 2023 3:46pm We're not quite there yet, but we're getting closer.

Re: Saints are the real deal
That would be ideal Saintmike65. I think Owens will be a beast in the middle. I still shake my head at the thought of Phillipou only being 18 and Owens 19. You can see that Phillipou has some work to do on his defensive game, but he's a rare talent. It would be great to have a mid with blistering speed. Apparently Hotton is pretty quick across the ground and Matthew Lloyd said he was one of the best clearance players he's seen at U18 level.

Heath is on the right track but has plenty of work in front of him before he's ready. I'm keen to see what Keeler can bring. I know U18 highlight reels can be misleading, but what I saw got me excited.
