The suns are a very ordinary football team.

We are belting up Matt rowle, is Sinclair tagging him at times?

Battle take a bow, great goal line desperation

He’s got 3 of our 8 but when he and Gresh line up for those 40m hook kicks… gives me an eye twitch!!

Crikey - Foxtel are interviewing Dougal - our worst player by a mile. Anyway, he won't lose his height or "heighth" as Allan Jeans used to say.

The Suns midfield is superior to ours, but their forward line is butchering opportunity after opportunity and their defence is really poor. We can win this easily if we can get a reasonable number of forward 50 entries in the second half.

Good goals from Caniniti and The Pou.

Scrappy game though.

Cordy not up to it.

How far away is King?

Dougal made a few mistakes, but he also successfully spoiled quite a few marking opportunities for the Suns' talls without giving away free kicks.

At game. Suns should be closer as they missed some very gettable goals. Mids struggling with a hit and hope game plan. Backs holding up well considering. Good news is we are up by three goals and should play better after half time

On a sad note, Paddy McCartin looks to have been quite badly concussed against Port. I fear that this might be the end of his brave second career as a back.

According to the AFL, The Saints dominated the second quarter. They had 45 more disposals, 18 more marks and 16 more inside 50's than the Suns. They won the quarter by four goals.

Michito Owens with a massive first half, really attacks the contest and draws players to him as he finds the best option. I hope he's rewarded with a few goals in the 2nd half.

The Owens mark. They just need to point a camera at where the ball is going rather than switch shot as the ball arrives.

Looking better now, hopefully we can hang on but if it’s a close one we may have used up all our luck against this mob
