Hunter Clark
Thought he looked fit and strong and determined today.
Best he has looked for a while, and the fittest he has looked since being drafted

Re: Hunter Clark
Yeah I really liked his game. Was brilliant in the first 1/4 and seemed a lot more in and out after that. 59% doesn’t surprise me… pbly still building up his fitness base.Banger9798 wrote: ↑Sun 19 Mar 2023 7:57pm Thought he looked fit and strong and determined today.

Re: Hunter Clark
Welcome back Hunter. Terrific at the centre bounces, as was Jack Bytel. Ross & Co may have blindsided the Dockers with this combo, especially in the first half when we were towelling them up for clearances.

Always determined, it's what gets you a busted jaw and concussion but apparently it's about physique for some. He's a ripper, so happy he's in the RW&B.

Re: Hunter Clark
Interesting game… was going to start a thread but I’ve pbly posted enough for one night.
15 touches, 7 tackles 1 goal.
Thought his mark and goal was brilliant but was a bit concerned to see him get burned off at one point. Was quiet from about 1/2 through the second and late into the third… was sitting on 8-9 touches and started racking them up quickly after that.
Am trying to figure out his best position. I wonder if he could be a defensive forward pushing into the middle. He doesn’t seems to have the endurance or strength at this point to be a mini Crouch type like I’ve hoped for.
Still… def want to see him hold his spot and continue to develop

Re: Hunter Clark
Hunter is a rare gem that can dispose of the ball using either side of the body. It amazes me that most AFL players are so one sided. What did they learn as a junior?
Hunter used both sides last night, excellent.

Re: Hunter Clark
Fair game considering he hasn’t played that much over the last two years and something to build on.
