Howard is one of those players we have to take the good with the bad. He does have games where his turnovers or errors are costly, but he does a lot of very good things also. He strikes me as a pretty intense individual and I think at times he over thinks things - hence his brain fades. He needs someone to get in his ear and have him start to loosen up and back himself more (basically reward himself more). Go for those marks when he's not under pressure, plus take the first option by foot. It's when you start questioning where to go by foot when you mess things up.

Ross needs to tell him like he did with Sean Dempster. If your hands are on the ball first mark it dont punch it. Dempster got better when he started marking the ball instead of punching every time.
