Training - Feb 27
Max Heath in the red singlet ‘injured/rehab group’ wearing an ankle bandage. Luckily Tom Campbell looked fit and was training. NWM training with the main group and did not appear to be injured.
Coaches seem keen to get Max King back to full fitness as soon as possible. Momentarily joined the main group for running and kicking drills. Doesn’t appear to be favoring the shoulder although it is still heavily strapped.

No probs, shoulder injuries can take a lot longer to recover, let along get strength back. Caution is the key.66Iwasthere wrote: ↑Mon 27 Feb 2023 12:15pm Max Heath in the red singlet ‘injured/rehab group’ wearing an ankle bandage. Luckily Tom Campbell looked fit and was training. March 6
Max trained with the main group today- albeit with the yellow cap on. Got through but still a few weeks to go. Windys operation went well

He did do a lot of running exercises, sprinting, swerving, running backwards etc yesterday morning without any I’ll effects. Maybe it swelled up later.
