Mine started with Barks. Then Plugger and Cuz. Banger through the 90s and then the modern day I loved Lenny. In the 80s I loved Silvio Foschini for the 5 minutes he played for us! I used to yell out “Hi Ho Silvio”!

John Bingley for stopping Tuddenham.

Tuddenham once told me that Bingley walked up to him at the start of the 1966 grannie and spat in his face.

Don't know if I believed him at the time as I had previously told Tuddy that IMHFO, Bingley's performance on him in that game, was one reason we had won.

Tuddenham had torn us a new one in the 2nd Semi but was really subdued in the Grannie. He wasn't happy with my opinion though, so what he said might have been designed to deflate me .

Bingley was a hot head and tough as an old boot. He once decked an opposing player whilst they were all lined up for the national anthem in a NTFA V NWFU match.
