The lure of family ties is universal.
But the need to earn a regular income can supersede that- we see thousands of people work FIFO jobs, and relocate (like this guy).
He might've gotten homesick, so returned to Eire, reconnected, then had a change of heart- thinking one or 2 more years of earning more money than he could in Ireland.
It's human nature to change one's mind.

It was reported he was in Adelaide today talking to Hinkley, looks like he is selling himself to the highest bidder. If thats the case I hope we dont waste too much on him.

Unless it's a ruckman who's now with Devon Meadows.

Perhaps he is just conducting his own due diligence on where he will best fit.
