Ok, to the uncool comrades not PMed - which is a privilege not a right - lets guess:
my starter is that Ross wont agree to a team performance target in his draft contract and does not want to be subject to direction from any of Messers Rath and Mr Walsh, just advice to be used at his discretion.
He may also want to bring in his guy as Director of Footy ops.
I think he is ok with the colour scheme of his office and the relocation from Seaford, we can stay at RSEA Park.

The privileged cool kids can post "cold", "warm", "warmer", "hot" hints if they like and not betray confidences, but gain additional respect from the rest of us un-worthies.

Ross wants a five year deal, but Walsh is throwing his weight around saying it should be a three year deal with trigger clauses. Tense negotiations involving the board, Walsh, and Lyon, with the board thinking 'why the hell did we get Walsh in here?' The board is thinking of showing Walsh the door.

Club is negotiating hard either trying to pry an existing assistant coach out of their current club, or are busy trying to persuade a recently retired high profile player to join our coaching ranks who will be retuning from holiday very soon, or trying to convince a football media personality who has links to the club to consider a coaching role

It looks silly and childish to post references to private messages to a group within a group on a forum which is founded on a footy club.

I get the odd, ‘Johhno, I sent you a PM’…that’s perfectly legit, and just a practical way of doIng it, but sitting around at Sunday roast and announcing that some people received the special sauce is kinda lame.

Nothing stopping them coming on here to sniff around to get a feel for what the saints fans are thinking.
