One can’t imagine this would be true…
Apart from the fact that I thought the AFL had changed the rules here to ensure that clubs can’t sign coaches to long contracts and sack them right away…
What a pi$$take it would be.
Was a coach for less time after signing than when a light signed his contract

I was surprised when David Noble got the flick from Norf because (rumours said) he might have been a bit stern on the players.

More importantly- who will sign with us when we've 'sacked' a guy that's still contracted for 2023?
