I think the HEAD coach's job is to reduce the number of players being knocked unconscious.

After three years of Rath, how are we tracking in these areas?

Reminds me a bit of the Jon Bucannan era of Aussie cricket.

He was a great coach, supreme innovator, genius while he had Warne, McGrath, Waugh, Hayden, Gilchrist et Al in the team.

Not so easy for Rath at the Saints where there is no Hodge, Mitchell, Lewis, Roughead, Burgoyne, Rioli, Clarkson etc
