Rumours are always going to happen when a first year player doesn't commit to the club that drafted him with their first pick . I was 100% behind drafting NWM because he had what we desperately needed . He has probably not been as silky as I would have thought but still pretty bloody handy & played a lot more games in his first year than I would have thought . Make no mistake Adelaide are really into him & this is not a rumour . We just need to give him something to believe in & hopefully he can be part of a successful era at St.Kilda .

He's going to be an excellent, well rounded player with good size in four seasons time. Three or four solid, uninterrupted pre seasons and he'll be owning games. Is very much a young Michael O'loughlin. I hope he stays, I hope a few of our young players and our Captain get in his ear and convince him that St Kilda is his home.

If he goes, then so should those who assessed his mental strength to move interstate, surely there must have been flags if he does leave. It's that or our mechanisms we surround our young interstate players is very poor.

Don't mind if Hill goes if we can get something for him.
