Lenny approached over coaching role

Post: # 1974081Post bigcarl »

Ratts confirmed on 3AW he'd been approached.

I'd love to see him back at the club. A heart and soul player and could easily have been prefered to Rooey as a long-term captain.

Best news for a long time.

Rugby League would have to be the stupidest, most moronic and over rated game of all time.

We need some pliers to just have Lenny’s commitment

I’ve grown increasingly certain that fitness and prep isn’t up to scratch

Can we approach him to play?

I doubt it. He's comfortable living on the farm in NSW.

What makes Lenny a good coach?

Maybe he is? Maybe not??

If he was a great coach - he’d be coaching

We need some pliers tightening the testicles of some of the people who run this football club

Gee I miss Lenny, what a great player. I was out at a pub with a group of work colleagues and I posed a question to them. Grab a coaster and write on the back of it which St Kilda player would your team like to poach and when we did the reveal 90%bwas Lenny.

I just want Lenny to stand at the race as players leave the ground and ask them if they thought their effort was worthy!

Seems every one still loves Lenny. I know I do, so it's a big yes from me.

We are dreaming though.

Lenny ought to distract us long enough from Ratts/Raths Shyte game plan
Honestly we are treated like mugs
3 years in now to Ratten
2 more to go
Clubs at a massive cross roads
It’s review time - a genuine, independent review of the footy Dept and Lethlean needs to stay out if it

Maybe he could appoint Phil Gaetjens to do it?

Not "Simon Templar". He was here first. Please change my username to Bumstead and if possible make me one of those very large sandwiches, thanks!

We need to copy Geelong and rejigger our assistant coaches. I’d keep Enright in defence, but we need to get Lade out of the forward line. So with McGlynn leaving, Lenny would be a perfect replacement in the midfield. That just leaves a forward line coach…. Can we poach one? Or is there a good option available? I don’t know, all I know if that we need to get lade out of the forward line. As it simply does not function.

Could we also bring in Harvey as a senior assistant coach???

Get Mark Williams Footy Director role
Super impressed with his work at Tigers and Dees - they rave about his influence
But he might just be too confrontational for Cuddles Ratten…

St Kilda has previously declared Choco was a bit of a fruit loop, if St Kilda did go grovelling to him i bet Choco would ask Richo what he thinks of working at the Saints as a career move.

The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

Choco would be better for us in a development role…wholeheartedly agree with you on changing forward coach..midfield coach already sorted!

Good. Make him forwards coach. It’s a mess. Need our top man on it.
