Yeah - better than expected - I was kind of expecting Butler to be cited

The guy is an arsewipe.
You don’t rock up to an important interview smelling of booze, unshaven and wearing a track suit.
Dead beat dad.
Embarrassing

It would have been ignored if it were basketball.
Geezus.
It's a bloody contact sport, there was contact in the natural course of play

Re: The former filths match review.
Fight it! Wood's bump was aimed at the body and coincided with Saad kicking the ball. Saad's head rocked into Wood's shoulder. You could argue Saad should be charged with high contact on Wood. However, a strong club like Geelong or Collingwood would fight the charge and the AFL fold to them like wet tissue. I suspect Wood will cop the fine, and supporters can accept that the Saints are just there to make up the numbers, but at the end of the day, Corp AFL is all about the $$$. We have nothing to lose. If Richmond wins today, we are out of the eight and are not playing finals this year. So put the cue in the rack. Friday night's game was our final. We will win one, maybe two more games this year. Same old same old.

Re: The former filths match review.
That is ridiculous. He was going into smother and pulled up at the last minute after Saad was kicking the ball. Wasn't careless. It was a football incident. He didn't go into the contest to bump.saynta wrote: ↑Sat 02 Jul 2022 7:34pm Charge laid:

You mean fight it like we did with Paddy, when he was standing and the Hawthorn player changed direction and ran into him??kell wrote: ↑Sun 03 Jul 2022 10:02am Fight it!
