Not max fault teams worked us out flood back in front of him and watch our s*** mids kick to him anyways with 3 on 1
Bingo !
Loved this from Bigfooty
Max King might be a generational talent but we will never find out as we are simply incapable of having a structure that allows him to utilise his advantages .
Everyone has worked us out you stop Max King & you stop us from scoring hence put 3 defenders on Max we will bomb it in long Max can barely get the contest because he is surrounded by opposition but we have no other options or don't look for them & just keep doing the same sh-t hoping for a different result . Where is plan B ? Were is trying a different strategy I don't see it . Is it that the players we have are not capable executing our game plan or is our game plan just sh-t
Let's be honest, King is bringing zero to the table, yes the delivery and mechanism into F50 is atrocious but Max gave up tonight that is something that should be of great concern. I've never seen an elite sports person give up mid contest.
Watched him drag his defenders to contests we already had players in.
Watched him drop his head lower than Mathew Richardson could think possible.
Watched him drop the simplest of marks.
Watched him kick like an F1 driver on a PR exercise.
Watched him get mauled, charged and pushed in the back.
He tried but ultimately killed by himself, his team mates & being on the SCG.
I also watched every other forward out there on the Captain's run an hour & a half before the game, practising their goal kicking, marking & ground balls - Max did not appear, too good???
Unless the coach & the mids put their hands up for his attitude and failings then he needs a reality check.
