I am very happy with what he said. It seemed realistic to me. And very clear.
Did he drive the club reflection last year that changed our trajectory? I seems like he was involved.
He speaks well and honestly. I think that is better than a BS merchant like Brasher or Cochrane or Koch.
If the tone and message comes clearly from the top then the chance of success is increased. That's my take.
