Would have been nice if TG was out for another week as he usually comes back well but I've got a sneaking suspicion that the coach has lost the players. 9 years and no flag, with that list, is indefensible. They should have had 2 by now. His contract is up and Leon is a dead man walking IMO and the players aren't playing playing like they want him to continue there.

That might be true - but the attendances there in the past still seem a little low for their matches if they do.
I think we will see a lot more St Kilda supporters turn out there than we would had the game been played in outer suburban Sydney though. We did in 2019 when we last played there.

Put any other credentialled coach in charge of GWS and they have sucess, Cameron is a dud. Any club with the players he has had at his disposal should be top 4 every year.

Their list management has also been shocking, which thankfully we have benefited from.

Evidently I was being optimistic when I posted it was going to be 7 degrees. Forecast is 5 degrees or colder

They have copped it all week in the press and after a good first half v Melbourne rolled over like a $2 .....
Coach under the pump Greene back (equivalent to Steele for us in regard to lift), and Pruese makes them better.

I am expecting a dog fight and anything less than our best effort wont be enough.
IF we bring the intensity from the START and maintain it i can however see us cracking them late in the 3rd and potentially a 4 goal win.

Webster to Green for me as better overhead than Paton IMO.
Forward pressure critical as good ball users off half back however also are a bit outside - Whitfield, Haynes.

To me this is a real test as on the road , expected to win against a list which is talented but teetering - good sides will take care of business . Time will tell
