Why did Wanganeen stop and handball when he was in the clear running straight towards goal?
Was there no forward structure??
All it did was invite pressure

Those two goals we gave up at the start of the game hurt. Our mids must have been in shock having a ruckman in there with them.

Gees we need a lift from a lot of players if we are to get back into this game. King, Ryder, Hayes have hardly touched it. Our midfield have been ordinary and Richmond's small flankers and wingman are also on top.
If we can improve our kicking efficiency 61% to 75% and stick a few more tackles also, it wil go a long way to making the game easier.

My guess, a senior player running beside him calling for the ball.

Hayes has at least contested. Losing Higgins was a big blow. Not quite as big as cutting Parker from our list but still big.

Shitful half of bruise free basketball
End to end s***
If that continues- Richmond win - too slick
If we close it down, we might win?
Here’s a couple of coaching moves
1/ Wilkie to Balta Battle to their 3rd
2/Hill to the wing - Paton to HB
3/ Wood from wing to HF
4/King up the ground
5/Hayes deep almost as a decoy

Next week Highmore needs to come in. Very few intercept marks.
A lot of short steps from Webster.

Rubbish
Webster possibly the most courageous player on the list
That is a ridiculous comment

Max's effort so far is almost drop to the VFL next week. Need to get Hayes up the ground, put Steele at FF

Re: Match Thread Saints v Tigers Round 3 2022h
We have played average for the most of the first half and still in this. Nwm is just lacking confidence and will come with time. Hayes is not getting a lot of chances due to the terrible entry into fifty. Once that changes we will be back in this

DE 80 to 70. League average is 75. We're lucky the scoreboard isn't alot worse. We don't pull our thumbs out of our butt the floodgates will open in the 3rd. We have too many average players. We need to start rotating the kids through and find the ones that can play. We're not going anywhere with players who can't execute basic skills.

Re: Match Thread Saints v Tigers Round 3 2022
How ironical a guy we delisted Parker is having a blinder and has kicked 3 against us!
We need to find a way to lock down on Short & Broad they are getting it too easy in defence.

Paddy takes all centre bounces then drifts to FF, let Hayes ruck rove & Marshall ruck around the ground.

Lonie was on one year renewals.
Lonie was preferred to Parker
