No, I don’t think the concept of Moneyball includes paying a kings ransom in draft picks and a pile of cash for a player like Brad Hill not to mention Hannebery.
I can see the similarities if you look at mature age recruiting from SANFL and players such as Paddy Ryder.

That was an interesting 15 minutes. Hope the guy who made that video is onto something. Right now there are a lot of naysayers who think we’re suddenly a bottom 4 team
