Question about Training

Post: # 1941086Post shadrock »

Hey guys, im going to be in Melbourne for round 1 and will be going to the game, but was hoping to also head along for a training run in the days leading up to the round 1 game. Does anyone know if the guys train at fixed times each week, and if so, are the sessions open to the public? Any info would be much appreciated.

In the off season I think they were training Monday, Wednesday, Friday. During the season I believe it's Normally Tuesday and Thursday. Times are something like 9 to 11 or 10 to 12.

Even if they're not open sessions there's usually a few people about, walking their dog or whatever. You can try calling reception on the day and they might give you the start time.

Friday game means main training should be Wednesday and would typically start at either 9am or 10am (at least thats what its been in the past).

Thursday will be Captains run but those sessions are usually very boring. Aim for the main session.
