Yes indeed. I hope he can hold his own in the ruck. Will be a big bonus if we have a chop out ruckman who has a significant on other areas. Say Marshall 80%, King 5% (up forward), Hayes 15%
It will apart from Hayes performance in the ruck to see how he goes around the ground and up forward which will be the bulk of his game.

I'm glad to see Hayes given a chance to show what he can do. It wil also be great to see our 3 new draft picks given a taste to see how they go.
I know some don't rate Jones, but I think he is our most dynamic midfielder and he will be missed. It will be a big test for our mids to match Essendons contested game.

Final bench might be Webster, Crouch, Sharman, Wood.
Can't see the others getting in

Isn’t it still larger benches for preseason games, so that bench is the final bench?WellardSaint wrote: ↑Fri 04 Mar 2022 10:24pm Final bench might be Webster, Crouch, Sharman, Wood.

What an unmitigated disaster the Hannebrey recruitment has been. I understand the club had to take some risks to upgrade their list, but they would have been much better off spending his salary on development, recruiting or even the Sandringham list.

A few wks ago, club said Ryder's Achilles isn't 100% so they're watching his workload.
Zac Jones, this morning- Club says he's been given mental health leave. No timeframe

Yeah mine is the same. Have the same AFLW game on 2 channels and a holding screen on the channel we’re meant to be on
