The good thing about the JR format which is extremely unique is the length of shows, most average about 3 hours and he basically let's his guests do most of the talking so it's not a short form show where it's all about a narcissistic host cramming in as many words as possible and not listening to the guest. Because of the long format you might consume a show over a few sittings and I only cherry pick his shows that have guests of interest.

If you want to dip your toes can I suggest his shows that has Dr Robert Malone and Peter McCullough.

These were the two shows that have been the most listened to and watched shows in the history of the internet, something like 250 million times and are the ones that forced Dorrothy to pull her 1960s smash hit from spotify.
