Some quick comments on what I picked up at tonight's AGM:

General Business Question: When will the new facilities AT rsea Park be opern and can members tour them?
Matt Finis – end of February, and members can visit, tour and be involved in the activities there.

Ratten:
Damian Carroll to fast track development of 7 new young kids.
New recruits provide the “profile” for the team to progress.
Harder edge being shown on the training track.
Actions to speak for itself.
Now need to get going…..
Gresham and Paton – injuries: both going well. Question is how they handle when they get into the footy program.
Carroll – will look after 1 to 4 year players and some 5th year players/
This year’s draft – younger players – this was always the plan. Gallagher behind it along with Liberatore and Toce.
Allison – doing everything, still light frame
Heath – is a competitor, players love him, bit of Mumford about him.
Hayes – 2 sessions so far, back to SA now, big lad, play forward and ruck.
Work on connection, inside 50. Billings and Gresham to play forward more this year., bit of self-belief across the team now.

Owens and Windhager – both Beauey boys, Windy – falls asleep for a couple of hours when at home after training sessions. Owens – Heathy showed them around the ground. Goal for 2021 – Owens – play a game, Windy – similar.
