At which stage if there are no takers for either player, Lonie will be delisted and Kent offered a one year contract.

Which is bonkers iny opinion...surely Lonie has more value dropping into the forward line if everyone else in the small forward category is hurt?

Personally I prefer Kent but then I also like Billings and Sebby.

Nothing against Lonie but he is not a premiership player.

Do we have a fitness conditioning guy/girl yet as I haven't heard anything about that position and if we do are they any good, as I really think this is one of the most important pieces of the puzzle if we get that wrong we have another season with half a team out and it effects performance.

Dont know much about him, but from all accounts is very much an outside mid. You have to question if he hasnt made it in the Richmond environment how hell go, but I guess some players take longer than others.

I assume thats why they are waiting on an offer - to see how our list numbers look after the trade & drafts? If the club sees better options available they will be squeezed out, similiarly Paul Hunter if they attract an upgrade eg Ladhams.
