Bontempelli is a freak of a player. Elite in all facets of his play and leadership.

Who is he playing on? Surely Melbourne have to put some work into him in the second half.

Bulldogs weight of numbers going through the midfield stated to get on top in that quarter. Melbourne need a lift around the fall of the ball the Dogs have started dominating.

Melbourne have Viney running with Bontempelli, who exposes Viney when he goes forward. The Dogs know that and Naughton etc are running screens for Bont to fly.

What does everyone think of the night GF so far. I reckon it's fantastic. Maybe this could be one of the positive outcomes from the COVID cup

Dees look like they’re struggling.

I think the Dogs have almost wrapped up the game and Bont the Norm Smith.

C’mon Dees, lift!

If the Dogs win this, then they can mainly thank their once in a lifetime captain Bontempelli. His second quarter was unbelievable.

Melbourne again showing a gun midfield is the most crucial ingredient to a successful team 👍
