Why was he not recontracted?!

Sometimes organisations need change and renewal through change. Most of us wouldn’t have a clue about this guy, so why are we commenting at all, except to say thank you for your service, we wish you well for the future.

He didn’t get a job elsewhere in the AFL

Even though there are multiple AC jobs on offer

You actually do change things that are working and for good reason. People get stale, ideas get stale, there is a time to stay and also a time to go. You don’t really know if he was moved on due to a lack of success. Maybe he didn’t want a job at AFL level. Maybe the VFL job suited his personal circumstances. But to stay ahead of the game we need to change and be less predictable and maybe a change is coaches was for that reason. I don’t really know and neither do you.

Infact I’d argue their finish to the season was better than many other sides

Look I’m guilty myself at times when attacked but Stinger/Saynta has a long history and is often left unchecked on here (he will run straight to mods though when you get the better of him so you need to know that).
I’ve been banned 4 times this year
I don’t attack posters who offer different views as long as it’s delivered in a civil manner.
