He’s on the way. I think he’s maybe not as tough (which is saying something about Lenny) but a bit classier.

Lendog was definitely more skilled, both in open field and in clearance situations. His ability to open play up for his teammates was incredible and better than Steele's.

Steele is a better goalkicker than Hayes and more comfortable being a target to receive the ball.

But Hayes was in every other aspect superior, including guts, toughness, courage or whatever you want to call it.

I don't mean this as disrespect to Steele who is a bonafide gun at this point
