I love these conversations but i am evil contrarian - mostly to myself. My own civil war. And language is usually weapon of choice.

Emotional response area guarantee...is taking responsibility rationalizing? Because one is never alone. Moving along, regarding a new High Performance Fitness guru, Andrew Russell from Carlton has been mentioned and he would be a very good choice.

My thoughts go to a St Kilda guru - Sean Dempster. He has a great reputation in this fitness area. His record of being a Saints person, 200+ AFL games and previously employed by the Saints until finance cut-backs seems a great fit. He would have a lot of credibility with the players.
