Tony74 as pretty much eluded to the fact Ratts needs better coaches around him or his coaching isn't good enough to match it with the best.

So we are either sacking Ratts for Clarkson
Hiring a senior assistant to help Ratts..??

He shouldn’t be coach

It’s his job to tell the assistants what to do, not the other way around!!!

I think that the players love Rats but he is not a goodtactical coach, far from it in fact.

If we can't get Clarko, then we could do with an assistant that only works on clearance, an assistant that only works on fast ball movement and upfield structures, an assistance that works on implementing a Clarko's cluster when we don't have the footy, an assistant to work on creating an open f50 with instructions on f50 delivery to leading targets running to space and lastly a fitness guy who flogs them from Nov to Feb.
Asking too much? Do we need Ratts?
