Maybe it doesn't matter if he plays or not in 2022, it should be his final year as an AFL spectator.
The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

Will Dan use interchanges like Warner uses reviews? Where is he going to play, Geelong mids are not going to give him anywhere to rest and @ R22 his opponents are certainly match fit. I am sure our guys know what they are doing.
Silence on Clark a little worrying. Concussion lingering on?

Haven’t heard anything but given 2 head injuries in his last 2 games… no sense in rushing the kid back. Heck of Geelong finish our season then I’d be happy for him to have an early preseasonYorkeys wrote: ↑Fri 13 Aug 2021 5:24am Will Dan use interchanges like Warner uses reviews? That last game Clarke played he copped a few knocks to the head before he went off ,I reckon he could well be a bit tender/sore plus the concussion.

9 mins before half-time.
Think of the theatre.
He will have had 18 touches by then, 4 score involvements.
He kicks a beauty to King who then goals for his 4th, giving us the lead, camera shows Dan going straight down to rooms, commentators going excited over the reason, and at 1/2 time he's got his track suit on.
The pure theatre of it.

Geez...you guys. Hope Hanners has enough sense to avoid places on the internet that allow such rubbish.

What saynta & avoid the one person who thinks his output for us has been acceptable?
I think we all have our fingers crossed for him but the fact they are crossed is sad for him, the Club and the supporters.

Re: In Hannebery and Howard. Out Highmore and Connolly
I think if a football player came onto this site and was dumb enough to take any opinion from us nobody, amateur emotional arm chair critics to heart… that’s both good or bad opinions… then that person would have to be one of the stupidest player alive.
This place is incredibly good fun… but literally everything we post is less than worthless. Almost every post… maybe with the exception of the odd scoop or news. Ever notice that no one has ever been recruited from a forum into an assistant coach’s position…
Surely everyone knows this

That gives Roma a back up, which is a positive, with Ben Long the most likely to be the medical sub as he can play at both ends and at a pinch through the middle!

Isaac Smith is the one we have to put the clamps on. Geelong are heavily dependent on his outside run, as he gets from back to forward very quickly. I'd put Mckenzie on him.

Do they lose more when they play Saturdays or Sundays?
And what about the moon. Do they lose more when it’s a crescent moon or a full moon?
Seriously…if there’s any talk in the corridors about 1 player is out and therefore our chances increase then we are farked!!

To be fair
Stewart is probably their second best player
It’s a big out

My silly post was just silly,
But think back to some of our club's most theatrical moments.
Sirengate in Tassy.
Bombers game when the lights went out.
The game this yr when Higgins kicked 1.6.
The game vs Cats a few yrs back when Savage kicked a point from dead in front- a goal woulda won it.
Our games are strange.
Heartbreaking
