No Carlisle, no Geary, No Battle, no Roberton in the back line.
No Gresham, No Hannebery, no Marshall in the centre.
No McKenzie, no Clark.
No Wood at CHF.
This has given our second tier players, and youth a chance to show what they have.
The youth are showing a bit. Not much else.

Ryan is out there mate. he just kicked a goal.The_Dud wrote: ↑Sat 24 Jul 2021 6:54pmRyan, Ah Chee, Barrass, Cameron, Collins, Jones, Redden, Rioli, Shuey, Trew, Venables.CURLY wrote: ↑Sat 24 Jul 2021 6:48pm
Yep haven’t noticed a fit healthy Marshall not playing Hunter is basically a clone of him. Higgins our leading goal scorer Kent has him covered.
We are decimated.
Frees 8-6
The king of excuses always has to have an excuse.
Apart from Shuey and Barass, I don't think a lot of guys on that list are in their first 22.
But that's not really the point. Our forwards need to get involved more, particularly defensively.

We have injuries, Eagles have injuries, doesn’t mean the 22 out there can’t run hard or the coaches can’t come up with a decent gameplan.

Why not put more retired or dropped players on that list.

I was a little optimistic during that first quarter but now I’m back to the way I was feeling before the match started
Home deck. Home crowd. Plus they owe us one after we embarrassed them earlier this year
Jack Steele getting ahead of himself. Needs to do more to get his team mates into the game.

Are we allowed to abuse posters now, or is that just for the protected few?SaintPav wrote: ↑Sat 24 Jul 2021 7:01pmAgree. There are valid reasons.CURLY wrote: ↑Sat 24 Jul 2021 6:48pm

Cudos to Billings for King’s second. The way he tangled up the guy who would have obstructed King.
You're quite brilliant Shane, yeah..terrific!

Exactly my point, he is one of their best, he has had a massive impact in the context of the game. He kicked a goal. He may be back in the second half, he may not be, but he has already been damaging.The_Dud wrote: ↑Sat 24 Jul 2021 7:00pmAnd what did he do 2 second after he kicked that goal?samuraisaint wrote: ↑Sat 24 Jul 2021 6:57pmRyan is out there mate. he just kicked a goal.The_Dud wrote: ↑Sat 24 Jul 2021 6:54pmRyan, Ah Chee, Barrass, Cameron, Collins, Jones, Redden, Rioli, Shuey, Trew, Venables.CURLY wrote: ↑Sat 24 Jul 2021 6:48pm

If he doesn't come back on, it will be interesting to see how the Eagles go.

We’re not going to achieve anything if we can’t share the footy around
It means that you care about your team mate and you try and get their confidence up and get them involved
At the moment we are playing like a bunch of individuals playing against a unified team
