The Buck stops
Just a shame Eddy isn't still there to sack his love child!
The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.
They can even WATCH LIVE FOOTY!

End of an empire. Implosion ...explosion bla bla...
He was a good coach Buckley. Should have been a premiership coach. (As a former back pocket in the under-15 C team at school, I know what I am talking about. ) lol
Must have hurt to see Richmond go from perennial basket cases to flag dynasty in his tenure at the rotten pies. And rotting I think they are.
I know some will say that his defensive tactics cost 'em big. But that is what they all do. We got to two Grand Finals with RL that way.
Of course, no idea how it went behind the walls.
I am glad Eddie is gone, though his passion comes through as real. The corporate styles that footy sustains now - is in a sick codependency with - will keeping hurting fans and burn grass roots local supporters like all of you fine Saints people too... I hope fans and local communities can stay important.
Bye bye Bucks.. wait a sec....what are the odds....he gets re-appointed? Comes back and almost wins them a flag? Pipped at the post by an lucky bounce, as Missy Higgins head butts a behind for us and we take the flag?
You're quite brilliant Shane, yeah..terrific!

Re: The Buck stops
I never quite saw the reason for the Bucks "love".
And he told Treloar that it was his teammates who wanted him out.
So, he was an ordinary coach whose team tried to buy a premiership by stuffing its salary cap.
When it was truly stuffed, he lied to one of the top players to get him out on the cheap. What a guy...

Re: The Buck stops
It would be handy if we could take Grundy off their hands in a Treloar type fire sale.

Their list management has been nothing short of shambolic but I'm not sure he's to blame for that.

Jett and Ayce?
A real Sainter will pledge allegiance to the ❤ and despise the Pies, the Blues, and the Injectors.

Re: The Buck stops
Think it is pronounced just like the playing card....ace.
Like I said, s*** name.
Jett is just as bad.
If i was either if those boys I would be going to BDM for a name change as soon as I was old enough.
