He has been in ‘the system’ the same amount of time as his brother. And longer than most of other I mentioned

Fact is
He is not working hard enough (getting to contests or leading)

All he needs to do is present time and time again

I think he is an enormous talent but has a lot to learn about how to play as a key forward in the big league.
