Pretty average qtr, lucky to be only a goal down.

Impressed with Hill's efforts
Not impressed with Battle's F50 entry kicks
Crouch getting a bit of the ball on the outside but needs to win some contests without Ross in the side.

Our forwards all seem to be running around together- no spread, no leading- all spoiling each other and not chasing hard enough. Needs to be a huge turnaround if we don't want this game to get away from us.

Not a forward issue, it’s a backline not providing run, midfielders not carrying the footy

It’s just uncontested marks, going nowhere
But Hill and Jones had so many touches running around on their own last week!?

So, forwards hopeless, Sinclair off, Battle dumb.
Cannot see why AFL hasn't taken off in the GC. Possibly the crap served up in the first quarter explains it. What rubbish Saints.
At least can't get worse but Suns might start taking all the chances gifted.

There is no space to lead into because we are slow in moving the ball so they have plenty of time to get players back.

Whatever happens during the week, planning isn't one of them. King must start doing some sacrifice leads on occasions so that they can kick it the Membrey or Marshall. And sacrifice leads are not two steps but long hard runs.

Sinclair is in lazy chase more as well as being a turnover ace.

Webster is useless but Highmore was good, as were Howard and Wilkie - which was just as well.

Noticed Webster coming into the forward line and pulled to kick short hoping King would lead- he didn't just flat-footed.

The Return Of The Somnambulist Saints.

They seriously need an ice bath or a slap in the face because they're not bloody even conscious right now.

Why’d we lose a ball winning mid and bring in a medium tall forward

We can’t generate run

About the only highlight so far is that there seems to be a lot of vocal Saints fans at an away game.

Nothing else to smile about.

What's with the dropped marks? Has cost us probably three goals. Forwards need to lift their game.
