Sinclair's pick up and handball
In the last quarter, in the middle of superior contested ball, was superb.
Set up Higgins to ice the game.
This guy, when he's on, is a real asset.
Great full pace tackle on Shepherd also.

IMO had a really good game today but he has been ordinary so far this year He had blinder in one of the practice games & I actually thought he had got it together but his form has been disappointing until today. I thought Hill & Sinclair were the one of the reasons we were still in touch at half time

Re: Sinclair's pick up and handball
Good player when he’s on but really inconsistent and too easily put off his game
Reckon he’s quite overrated on this forum... second tier mid IMO talked up like he’s elite
Needs to bring his better efforts more often

I am a fan. It’s his skill...and to be honest, the incredible intensity we applied tonight will be hard to maintain on a weekly, quarter-by-quarter basis. So skill is a premium for us. He seems to have great hands and balance, fast reflexes, a good boot. We don’t have an abundance of that in our mids.
Yes, he does disappear. That is the thing.
You're quite brilliant Shane, yeah..terrific!

And...Higgins post-goal reaction was one of the best.
Mirrored the crowd's feelings too

2020 was an aberration, when we travelled twice to Adelaide and won both, beat Tigers early, beat our bogey Swans. 2021 we've returned to our old ways. Damn

Re: Sinclair's pick up and handball
IMO he's an offensive weapon.
His skill level is brilliant and his decision making is elite when we are on the attack.
I fear he is physically found wanting when we're on the defensive.
He's not overly strong and not tall enough to impact in marking contests.
