Is it you?
Flew into Melbourne this Morning and crossing the Bolte bridge in my drive toward the SE suburbs I saw a very distinguished looking older gentleman with a white beard driving a white Kia Stinger with Saints plates (wont divulge the rego).
Now my fist thoughts were that this gentleman could be our own saynta (stinger connection anyone?) or is it another of our fine forumites?

Re: Is it you?
I am a distinguished elder gentleman sporting a white beard (whereas this time last year I was hairless) and am lusting after a Kia Stinger. Just haven't bought my retirement hoonmobile as yet, but it won't be white!
Saints, stop being a badge snob. This Stinger has far more street credibility than the poster of the same name that used to grace this site!

My apologies to all forum Kia owners if that is the way it read as it was not the intention.

The Stinger is a very good car - would match and better a few higher priced euro carsJoffa Burns wrote: ↑Wed 20 Jan 2021 8:11pmMy apologies to all forum Kia owners if that is the way it read as it was not the intention.

Re: Is it you?
Verily it is written that when the white bearded distinguished man shall appear in a Stinger, in that year* shall the Saints come marching in. And the name of the man shall be Legend, unless he choses to identify himself under his forumite name.
* other years as well, of course, but with different omens/signs and game plans as it pleases the Footy Gods/Goddesses. Stingers are a current favorite, but.

As a kid, growing up in a very loving but economically deprived family in Springvale in the '50s, it was an essential part of the daily diet, quite a tasty treat actually, slimy like oysters except green....dried scabs picked from sores weren't too bad either!

(Stops and checks with his wife as to the brand of car he just bought her...)
Scratch that. Kia owners (and their spouses) are people of exacting taste!

A dubious distinction Joffa, but I'll take it.....
