I want to make a comment about Hanners coming in quickest on a 3k. This isn't it. 'His legs, must be strong.' I dont remember an actual result like this for him so far at St.Kilda. Thats all I can say just yet, but my cheek are swelling a little and I want to smile.
Hannerbery Crouch Hill.
Thats a pretty formidable centre line if they are all fit. I'll say no more.

Players and team officials now keeping their distance, so very unlikely to get another game and his trade value seriously diminished....

Steele Sinclair and Ross all making sure they are top if their game.
Hill while perhaps not as elite as he was also knows that what counts is his running in games not in time trials.
I'm confident he will be the bloke busting a gut in red time in the home and aways.
No Billings in the top tier?
How does Billing's result in this years time trial compare to past time trials, has he improved or gone backwards, aren't outside mids and wingers supposed to have speed and endurance?

What is Billings position anyway, seems like he's a forward flanker with the list progression of the past 2 years.

Considering one premiership in over 100 yrs thats a crazy bet. If they offered 1000 to 1 I might consider it.

No one can say that from outside the inner sanctum of the club.
You can tell by looking at him, he now looks like a guy who has never been near a weights room in years. In the past he wasn't huge but at least he had some definition. He is starting to look like Mick McGuane.

No idea why highly payed professional coaches run taggers on him most games then.

The only place Bard Hill is tagged each week is social media.

Brad but doesn't do enough damage or get enough ball to warrant such close attention week in week out, he also has the capacity to outrun most direct opponents so direct tagging may be fruitless, as it was with banger.

IMO Coaches seem to conceded his running power will win some ball and he'll use it well and will look to play someone who can hurt you the other way or a bigger body who can do some damage in the air.

Also not sure what the nautical term payed has to do with AFL coaching.

agreed - its a ludicrous argument
Hills strength was his endurance/speed combo but endurance seems to have evaporated as well
The 3km distance is mixed beast for professional footballers - a mix between a flat out sprint and distance
its sort of why they all dread it but know its coming each year and is a yardstick they will be judged on

Can someone else confirm that this years playing group was split into two groups - and we have only seen the first groups results???

He gets a defensive wingman sit on him. Watch the way blokes roll off him and rotate to try and counter his run. Block him check him.

So you can't answer the question of who actually tagged Hill last season.

Pretty simple really, you wrote that he was tagged but when asked to provide the detail, you were unable to do so.

Perhaps you could have ‘payed’ someone to take notes for you 👍

Every player has an opponent.

Tagging means they defend first, and win ball second

Wingman are so important for transitioning the ball from back to front it is unlikely anyone ‘tagged’ Hill

Particularly because he was struggling to get a kick

Which was partly because we didn’t use him enough when he was in space

Teams will use a defensive and offensive wing. Even if it means they just run from end to end to open space and drag the other team gun wingman.

A defensive wingman is just a wingman pushing back into the coffin to help the defence, it is always the ‘fat side’ winger who runs hard back into D50.

Rarely do they ‘tag’

I am not sure whether you deliberately fabricate the story or if your issues with comprehension & expression cause you these challenges, however it would still be wise for you to reflect upon what was written in the opinion of the poster and not to write your own narrative.

You posted the below, but when asked to clarify when and who actually tagged Hill you circumvent as is your MO.

Once again you fabricate a quote about "coaches conceding easy ball to him forward", along with your incoherent ramble about my forum input.

The facts are quite simple, you stated Hill is tagged most weeks but when queried you have not been able to provide details of any one match in the 2020 season or team/player who tagged Hill, therefore I will move on from this topic 8-)

In regard to my soul voice: I was wondering where you had heard me sing?
I would have considered my singing & guitar work more folk oriented than soul, but you may of heard it differently.

Do you think I am 'payed' appropriately for my 'soul' voice?

Whilst obviously focusing on the narrative genre writing style in your posts, I do believe your random use of punctuation, capital letters, malapropism and phonetic spelling definitely adds to the enjoyment of reading your input.
